Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group in between 18 60 years Participants having classical signs and symptoms of prameha Participants of any gender religion and socioechonomic status. Participants already on Tablet Metformin 500mg HbA1C- from 6.5-9% Blood Sugar level Fasting -150-250mg/dl Post Prandial - 250-450mg/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of type I diabetes mellitus Gestational Diabetes Participants having other complicated systematic disorders like diabetic ketoacidosis, nephropathy, Heart disease etc Participant on insulin or steroid treatment Pregnant and lactating Women Blood sugar level Fasting more than 250 Post Prandial more than 450
