Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients with confirmed idiopathic Parkinsons or secondary parkinsons with Hoehn and Yahr Staging between 1 and 3. 2 Age groups between 40 and 85 years . 3 Cognition MOCA Score more than or equal to 26 out of 30. 4 Both genders 5 Individuals who are willing to participate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Premorbid conditions such as vertigo orthostatic hypotension visual or hearing impairments that could be a factor affecting balance and mobility. Current neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis or diabetic neuropathy or any orthopedic disorders such as unhealed fractures of the lower limb known to interfere with balance assessment. Evidence of another neurodegenerative disorder such as Alzheimers disease or frontotemporal dementia at the time of admisssion
