Intervention1: Emulgel formulation for Anal Fissure: An Emulgel 0.2g applied daily to 20x20mm sites on the volar forearm of subjects for 14 days. Control Intervention1: Not Applicable: Not Applicable

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group 18 to 60 years. 2. Healthy volunteer of either sex 3. Healthy individuals with no history of skin allergies and dermatological conditions. 4. Willingness to comply with the 21-day patch test protocol [shorter 14 day version].

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age below 18 or above 60 years. 2. History of known skin allergies or sensitivities. 3. Current and recent (within the last two weeks) Use of topical medications or skincare products in the test site. 4. Pregnant or lactating women. 5. Active or recent (within the last month) sunburn or other skin injuries at the test site. 6. Inability to comply with the study requirements or follow instructions.
