Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) participants of manyastambha complaining Of Ruk, Stambh, Pidanasahatva 2) Gender -Male & Female 3) Age group-20-70 years 4) Swedana arha

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants having history of following: 1) Swedana Anarha (pregnant womens, rajswala, daha) 2)K/C/O Cervical radiculopathy (Numbness, Pain, loss of function), cervical myelopathy, rheumatoid arthritis, vertebral fracture

The clinical study demonstrated that Laghu Panchamoola Ruksha Churna Pottali Sweda significantly alleviated the symptoms of Manyastambha (cervical spondylosis), including stiffness, pain, and restricted range of motion in the cervical region. Subjective parameters such as pain intensity, stiffness severity, and discomfort during neck movements showed notable improvement.Timepoint: 18months and 0weeks	—
