Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals with the age between 18 to 50 years without any bar of age, gender, religion. Patients with typical clinical findings suggestive of Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Chronicity less than one year. Patients with mild to moderate (17 to 24) Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients below 18 years and above 50 years of age. Patients who are not willing to participate in the study. Patients who are suffering from with major psychological anomalies. Patients rating more than 24 Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale.

| 1. Outcome from survey study: The study will indicate the applications of various types of Adravyabhuta Chikitsa by Ayurveda practitioners, including the types of diseases it is indicated for and how it is applied in current practice. 2. Ashvasana (counselling) Chikitsa will be effective in the management of generalized anxiety disorder by reduction in the score of the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale and by improvement in the quality of sleep. Additionally, the effects of Adravyabhuta Chikitsa on biomarkers will provide scientific evidence.Timepoint: Objective criteria i.e. Biomarkers S. Serotonin and S. Cortisol will assessed on Baseline and and at the end of study (84th day). Hamilton rating scale will assessed on every 15th day of study and also after completion of study, during follow up of 1 month with 15 days interval. | — |
