Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Apparently healthy individuals of either gender will be taken. 2. Apparently healthy individuals in the age group 18-50 years will be taken. 3. Apparently healthy individuals will be taken according to the SAS (Swasthya Assessment Scale). 4. Individuals Willing To sign a consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals aged 18 years and above 50 years will be excluded. 2. Subjects having any systemic illness. 3. Pregnant and lactating women. 4. person who is not willing to participate in the study.

The primary outcome of this study is to evaluate and compare the efficacy of Guduchi Ghanvati and Aamalaki Rasayan in enhancing Bala (strength/immunity/vitality) among the participants, assessed through both subjective parameters (such as general well-being, fatigue levels, and endurance) and objective parameters (including hematological and biochemical markers, and physical performance metrics) over a predefined study period.Timepoint: 45 DAYS
