| 1. Regional CapGap: The regional CapGaps will be calculated by multiplying the regional Capnography to OR ratios (Cap/OR ratio) with the estimated total regional ORs in each of the 21 global subregions. 2. Regional Cap/OR ratios: Regional Cap/OR ratios will be calculated by dividing the total number of capnographs by the total number of ORs for a particular region as assessed by the survey tool. 3. Estimated total regional ORs: Estimated total regional ORs will be calculated by multiplying the regional OR-to-hospital bed ratio (OR/bed ratio) with the estimated total regional hospital beds. 4. Estimated total regional hospital beds: Estimated total regional hospital beds will be calculated by adding the estimated total hospital beds per country within each of the 21 geographic subregions.
