Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| 1.Knee Function: Assessed using the International Knee Documentation Committee (IKDC) subjective knee evaluation form and Lysholm knee score. These are validated questionnaires that assess knee-related quality of life, functional stability, and symptoms such as pain and swelling. 2.Tegner Activity Scale: Measures the level of activity before and after surgery. 3 Range of Motion (ROM): The degree of knee flexion and extension will be recorded at each follow-up visit.Timepoint: 2 weeks post-surgery: Initial check-up for wound healing, pain management, and early functional progress. o 6 weeks: Progress check for ROM, strength, and early rehabilitation. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Anterior Lachman Test and Pivot Shift Test: To evaluate the stability of the knee joint and graft function. Strength Testing: Isokinetic testing to evaluate quadriceps and hamstring strength and compare it with the contralateral knee. Graft Integrity: MRI or ultrasound imaging at 6 months post surgery to assess the graft s incorporation and integrity. Patient Reported Outcomes: Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (KOOS) and Visual Analog Scale (VAS) for pain will be used to assess the patients overall quality of life and pain levels.Timepoint: 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years: Comprehensive functional assessment, strength testing, and knee stability evaluation (Lachman test, pivot shift test). | — |
