Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Each patient meeting the criteria for monomelic amyotrophy if their clinical characteristics and EMG results suggested lower motor neuron involvement limited to one upper limb 2) The affected hand or hands may exhibiting Irregular coarse tremors (polyminimyoclonus) in the fingers 3) Electromyography demonstrating persistent denervation in the affected muscles either clinically or subclinically 4) Age 15 to 65 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with symmetrical limb involvement 2) Patients with History of Neck Trauma or Neck Surgery 3) Patients younger than 15 years 4) Patients with known CV junction anomalies 5) ) Patient having monomelic amyotrophy as a part of other Anterior Horn Cell Diseases like ALS, post-polio residual paresis 6) Patients with the Conduction block detected by NCS
