Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients posted for elective Lung resection surgery 2. Patient not having pre-existing severe Right Ventricular dysfunction
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are known case of CKD 2.Poor echocardiography window 3.Contraindication for PA catheter insertion 4.Patients who don t give consent
