Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients posted for elective Lung resection surgery 2. Patient not having pre-existing severe Right Ventricular dysfunction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are known case of CKD 2.Poor echocardiography window 3.Contraindication for PA catheter insertion 4.Patients who don t give consent

Optimal fluid therapy has similar effect on Right Ventricular function as compared to Restrictive fluid therapy and reduces the risk of post operative complications when compared to Restrictive fluid therapyTimepoint: 18 months
