Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female, with an age group from 20 to 45 years, Administrative population whose working hours are more than 3 and less than 8 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Orthopaedic degenerative and inflammatory conditions, Neurological motion disorders, Mentally retarded, Pregnant women, History of psychiatric disorders or chronic stress conditions.
