Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of age group 18 years to 60 years were selected. 2. Patients presenting with classical signs and symptoms like Pain, Burning Defecation, per rectal bleeding,itching,constipation ,Moderate to severe anal sphincteric spasm at anal region. 3. Patients will be selected irrespective of gender, religion, socioeconomic status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with disease like ,ulcerative colitis,crohns disease,syphilis. 2.patients with co-morbidities like Hypertention, diabetes mellitus,HIV,hepatitis. 3.Pregnant and lactating women . 4.Patients is suffering from fissure in Ano with no sphincteric Spasm.
