Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 All the subjects with age between 20 and 50 years belonging to both sexes will be included in the study 2 Patients with different types of fistula-in-ano like Inter sphincteric fistula Trans-sphincteric fistula Supra sphincteric fistula will be included. 3 Patients who underwent either Kshara sutra ligation Fistulectomy Fistulotomy will be considered

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients suffering from other anorectal disorders which can affect the Quality of life will be excluded
