Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1)To determine the levels of LRG in the Saliva of periodontally healthy subjects 2)To determine the levels of LRG in the Saliva of stage 1 grade A periodontitis subjects. 3)To compare levels of LRG in the Saliva of periodontally healthy and stage 1 grade A periodontitis subjects. 4)To evaluate the levels of leucine-rich alpha-2 glycoprotein (LRG) in stage 1 grade A periodontitis subjects after scaling and root planing. 5)To compare the level of leucine-rich alpha-2 glycoprotein (LRG) in saliva before and after scaling and root planning in stage 1 grade A periodontitis subjects Timepoint: At baseline and 6 Weeks After Scaling and Root planing

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To correlate clinical parameters like Plaque Index (PI),Gingival Index (GI),Probing Depth (PD),Clinical Attachment level (CAL), Bleeding on Probing(BOP), with Salivary levels of leucine-rich alpha-2 glycoprotein (LRG) in healthy and stage 1 grade A periodontitis subjects Timepoint: At baseline and 6 Weeks After Scaling and Root planing
