Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary Osteoarthritis of the knee. 2. Patients Undergoing bilateral Robotic-Assisted Total Knee Arthroplasty (RA-TKA) 3. Similar deformity on both sides with CPAK-1 phenotype. 4.Similar grade of OA on both sides based on the Kellgren-Lawrence radiological grading system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inflammatory arthritis Previous history of knee surgeries or knee infection Extra-articular deforimities Valgus knees Severe deformities (more than 20 degrees) BMI more than 40 Ligamentous instability of the knee, neuromuscular diseases. Refusal to provide informed consent
