Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients aged between 30-60 years diagnosed according to the American Diabetes Association ADA 2025 Duration of Type 2 diabetes mellitus of a minimum of 2 years The patients who will give informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe uncontrolled diabetes HbA1C level above 9 Uncontrolled hypertension, recent cardiovascular events, severe psychiatric disorders, severe hearing impairment Patients already practising any form of yoga or meditation.
