Intervention1: Combined aerobic and spinal training group: The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) provides comprehensive guidelines for exercise prescription that follow the FITT-VP principle
cervical stabilization exercises with gradually increasing intensity for progression after each week 3 days per week, for 4 weeks
thoracic expansion exercise with increasing resistance after every week of training, 3 times a week for 4 weeks
core stabilization exercise with gradually increasing intensity depending upon subjects capacity, 3 themes a week for 4 weeks, cool down exercises (deep breathing and diaphragmatic breathing with resi

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Asymptomatic adults, 2)no severe co-morbidities, 3)more than 4 score on heavy smoking index scale, 4)history of smoking more than 3 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) metabolic disorders; 2) hormonal disorder; 3) psychiatric disorder; 4) history of long covid or co-morbidities due to covid; 4) history or abdominal surgery during past 12 months; 4) autoimmune conditions 5)undergoing immunosuppressive treatments; 6)pulmonary diseases or using bronchodilators
