Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Spouses of Women with Postpartum Psychiatric Disorders (WPPD) who are legally married and living together, who own digital technology devices, such as smartphones, laptops, etc. to receive educational material and interventions, who accompany their wives (patients) for treatment in the perinatal psychiatry services of NIMHANS and are willing to be part of the study, who have a Kessler Psychological Distress (K10) score between 20-29 suggesting mild to moderate psychological distress, who are staying together for at least a month following delivery of the baby, who can speak and read Hindi and English languages respectively.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Spouses of Women with Postpartum Psychiatric Disorders (WPPD) who are identified to be having severe mental illness, having a Kessler Psychological Distress (K10) score of more than or equal to 30 suggesting severe psychological distress, who are living separately or considering divorce, and have instances amounting to severe forms of domestic violence.
