Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Obese young adults with BMI more than and inclusive 25kg per meter square
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy or breastfeeding 2.h/o of chronic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, liver or kidney disorders, autoimmune or inflammatory conditions or HIV/AIDS or h/o disturbed intravascular volume. 3.h/o endocrinal obesity, childhood genetic syndromes associated with obesity 4.h/o drugs like antipsychotics, corticosteroids, antiepileptics or drugs promoting weight loss. 5.Not enrolled in any weight reduction programme and anyone already practicing IF or any surgical intervention of weight management 6.h/o of eating disorders or uncontrolled psychiatric disorders or on a special prescribed diet (celiac sprue), h/o peptic ulcer disease 7.h/o major surgery or major cardiovascular event in the past one year 8.Shift workers (irregular sleep hours) 9.Prolonged travel during study period.
