Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants willing to participate will be included in the study. Participants between 18 to 26 years of age will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with metabolic, endocrine ,neurological or psychiatric disorders will be excluded Individuals following special medically prescribed diets( eg ketogenic, gluten free diet for medical reasons ) and under current use of medications affecting gut health that may Institute data
