Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients willing to give informed consent Age 18 to60 Years Patients with symptoms of Shuska kasa with or without associated withHrit-Urah-Parshwa-shiro Shoola,Swarabhwda etc Gender- Irrespective of gender

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not willing to give informed consent Age below 18 to above 60 Years Patients with symptoms of other types of kasa except Vataja Kasa Patients with Malignancy of lung and other organs, Pulmonary TB, cirrosis of liver and HIV Patients with major systemic illness which interfere with the course of treatment Pregnant and lactating women
