Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No medical conditions. Willingness to participate with and informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with lactose intolerance or hypersensitivity to curcuminoids. Special physiological stages like pregnancy and lactation. Drug or alcohol abuse Use of other dietary supplements.

Bioavailability of curcumin in conventional haldi milk is less when compared to the IISR s technology based curcumin extract added milk.Timepoint: Blood sample is drawn at 0, 0.5, 1, 3, 5, 7 and 12 hours after consumption. Various metabolites of curcumin shall be analysed.
