Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: No medical conditions. Willingness to participate with and informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants with lactose intolerance or hypersensitivity to curcuminoids. Special physiological stages like pregnancy and lactation. Drug or alcohol abuse Use of other dietary supplements.
