Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: College students aged 18-29 years. College students of Delhi and NCR Gender both male & female. Diagnosed with non-specific low back pain. having BMI OF 20-30KG/M2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of abdominal or back surgery, fractures, or specific lumbar pathologies (e.g., disc herniation, stenosis) Neurological symptoms such as radiculopathy (pain, numbness or tingling in legs) Pregnancy or other conditions that contraindicate exercise (cardiovascular disease, postural hypotension) Patient having structural deformities such as scoliosis, kyphosis, and LLD. Patients with a history of diabetes mellitus, hypothyroidism, or hypertension.
