Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having clinically diagnosed hypothyroidism 2. Age between 30 and 50 years 3. BMI 18.5 and 35 kg 4. Only female 5. Participants must be on a stable pharmacological dose for at least three months before enrolment 6. TSH upto 4.5mIUL

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe hypothyroidism or fluctuating thyroid hormone levels within the last three months 2. Presence of other endocrine disorders such as diabetes mellitus or Cushing s syndrome or hyperthyroidism 3. Any surgery within the last six months 4. Presence of severe cardiovascular or respiratory diseases that could interfere with participation in exercise or yoga 5. Individuals with major neurological disorders or severe depression or psychosis or cognitive impairments 6. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding 7. History of alcohol dependence or smoking or drug abuse 8. Presence of autoimmune diseases (e.g. lupus or rheumatoid arthritis) or chronic inflammatory conditions 9. Patients on medication affecting thyroid function such as biotin
