Inclusion criteria: Age 55 to 75 years Overweight: BMI 25 to 29.9 Male and Female Pre and post Total knee replacement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncontrolled diabetes Uncontrolled hypertension Any hearing or visual defects Any cardiac or respiratory issues Obese patients Recent injury or open wounds
