Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Athletes of any age group between 18 to 40 years Athletes of both the gender are included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent musculoskeletal injury which would affect participants performance in terms agility Athletes should not have any medical conditions Athletes who had a history of hip, knee, ankle and back injuries within 6 months Athletes who had undergone any surgeries in the lower limb within 12 months Athletes with ongoing physiotherapy treatment
