Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants aged 18 to 25 years. Recreational volleyball players play for 2-3 hours a week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any history of significant lower extremity injuries (e.g., ACL tears, fractures) within the past year Any current musculoskeletal injury that could impede participation or skew results (e.g., ankle sprains, knee pain) Participants currently taking medications that may affect neuromuscular performance (e.g., muscle relaxants, certain antidepressants) Volleyball players who are no longer in training
