Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Males and Females who are willing to participate in the study Age-18-35 Participant must have a confirmed diagnosis of gastritis via history taking ,various investigations method, and questionaries Participants must have experienced gastritis symptoms like abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting for at least 2 weeks Participant must provide written informed consent participant must be willing and able to comply with all study protocols

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: individuals with chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer disease, diabetes millets, known food allergies to potato, or those on long-term gastric medication.pregnant and lactating women,r any mental illness are also excluded.
