Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 45 to 65 years old. Previously diagnosed with knee or hip OA through clinical history, physical examination, and radiographic analysis Ability to participate in physical activity and engage in trampoline exercises without significant risk of injury. Participants with knee osteoarthritis in Kellgren Lawrence system classification of grade 1 and 2 will be included for the study Individuals who are willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Other severe musculoskeletal disorders or neuromuscular conditions that affect mobility. -History of recent surgeries or interventions related to joint health in the past six months. -Individuals who have undergone knee or hip replacement surgery. -Participants who have experienced any joint injuries, uncontrolled cardiovascular conditions within the last six months. -Use of medications that significantly affect balance or coordination. -Diagnosis of dementia or other cognitive impairments that affect the ability to follow instructions
