Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 14 weeks to 2 years. 2. Children visiting the immunization clinic for routine vaccination. 3. Children accompanied by a parent/guardian who gives consent. 4. Children who are conscious and alert before the procedure. 5. Children without prior analgesics administered within 4 hours before

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with known developmental delays or neurological conditions. 2. Critically ill children or those with any acute febrile illness at the time of vaccination. 3. Children with visual or hearing impairments that could affect interaction with Flippit cards. 4. Children previously exposed to distraction therapy during vaccinations. 5. Children whose parents do not consent to participate in the study

Pain and anxiety level of the child, parental anxiety, parental satisfaction,Timepoint: Pain and anxiety level of the child, will be assessed during vaccination and parental anxiety, and parental satisfaction assessed after 5 minutes of the vaccination.
