Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young adults of all genders between the ages of 18-24 years Young adults who fall within the mild range of stress, anxiety, and depression according to the DASS-21 scale and score equal to or less than 40 as per WHOQOL-BREF. Young adults willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Young adults with migraine headaches, those diagnosed with severe mental illness, or individuals with a history of cognitive impairments. Inability to use Virtual Reality headsets due to vision/hearing impairments.
