Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and Female badminton Players aged 18-25 years old. 2. Participants must have minimum one year experience. 3. Participants must not be currently enrolled in any other research program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Players with major injuries degenerative disease, ligament sprain, fracture, muscle strain etc. sustained within the past six months will be excluded. 2. Participants with respiratory problems, cardiovascular conditions, neurological issues will be excluded. 3. Participants who have undergone any medical or surgical procedures within the past 6 months will not be eligible and with the history of alcohol, smoking, or drug addiction will not be included in the study.
