Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All B.Sc. nursing students of 3rd/4th & 5th/6th semester Students who are willing to participate in an 8-week mindfulness training program. Students who can provide informed consent for participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Students with diagnosed schizophrenia. Students who have already undergone formal mindfulness of a similar nature. Students unable to commit to the study s duration or data collection requirements due to scheduling conflicts and unconsenting students.
