Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients between age group of 18yrs to 55yr 2) Patients having Haemoglobin greater than 8 gm percentage 3) Patient with regular cyclical bleeding. 4) Duration of bleeding must be greater than 7 days. 5)Patients mainly complaining of cardinal symptoms of Asrigdara (l.e.ati rajastrava, atyadhik rajakalavadhi) for at least 2 consecutive cycles. 6) Patients irrespective of- a) Religion b) Cast c) Parity d) Occupation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients having malignant or benign tumour, fibroid, polyp, tubo- ovarian mass, endometriosis, adenomyosis etc. 2) Patients having chronic illness. 3) Patients with IUCD or on OC pills or on Hormonal treatment. 4) Patients having gross abnormalities of uterus and pelvis 5) Post-delivery, post MTP, post D & C bleeding, HTN. 6) patients having gross abnormalities of uterus(i. e, arcuate uterus, unicornuate uterus) and pelvis(i.e, prolapse).

To study the effect of Kashamari ghrita in the management of Asrigdara with special reference to Menorrhagia. Timepoint: 7 days of 2 consecutive menstrual cycle

1- To Study Asrigdara in detail according Ayurvedic perspective. 2- To Study the Menorrhagia in detail according to Modern science. 3-To study the Kashamari ghrita in detail.Timepoint: 18 Months
