Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Patient undergoing craniotomy b. ASA status I & II c. Patient attendent giving consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. In musculo skeletal disorder, geriatric and pediatric patient b. Patients with electrolyte disturbance, those on treatment with calcium channel blocker c. Patients with significant organ dysfunction d. Morbid obese e. Patient attendent consent refusal
