Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with Unilateral Cleft Lip and Palate 2.Non syndromic, or no other congenital abnormalities (other than cleft) 3.No treatment other than orthopedic intervention and primary lip repair and primary palatoplasty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Erupted permanent canine 2.Individuals with systemic diseases affecting bone density. 3.Bilateral CLP patients 4.Individuals having cleft lip and palate with any syndromes,congenital disorders. 5.Patients who have Simonart s Band
