Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed cases of punctal stenosis, patients with age 50 years and above

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persistent epiphora due to non-lacrimal causes: a)Nasolacrimal duct obstruction(NLDO),Canalicular block b)Previous lid and lacrimal surgery c)Reflex tearing due to ocular surface disease Post traumatic punctal stenosis Patients on chronic topical medication Tear film instability
