Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age Group: Adults between 18 to 60 years. 2.Gender: Both male and female participants. 3.Clinical Symptoms: Individuals experiencing Agnimandhya,Udarshula, Adhman, Aruchi, Vibandh, Drav mala pravriti, Amloudgar, Vomiting , Avipaka. 4.Willingness to Participate: Participants willing to provide written informed consent and adhere to the study protocol. 5.Dietary Habits: Individuals following a vegetarian or mixed diet without extreme dietary restrictions. 6.General Health: Participants with stable vital parameters and no major systemic illness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe Gastrointestinal Disorders: Patients diagnosed with IBS, IBD, GERD, peptic ulcers, or any other severe gastrointestinal pathology. 2.History of Surgery: Individuals with a history of gastrointestinal surgery, including gastrectomy or colectomy. 3.Chronic Illnesses: Patients with uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, chronic liver disease, renal impairment, or malignancies. 4.Pregnancy and Lactation: Pregnant or lactating women. 5.Medications: Individuals on long-term proton pump inhibitors (PPIs), laxatives, corticosteroids, antibiotics, or other drugs affecting gut microbiota. 6.Substance Use: Chronic alcoholics, smokers, or individuals using recreational drugs. 7.Allergic Reactions: Participants with a known allergy or hypersensitivity to any ingredient in Hinguashtaka Choorna. 8.Psychiatric Disorders: Individuals with severe anxiety, depression, or any psychiatric disorder impacting gut health. 9.Non-compliance: Participants unwilling or unable to comply with the study protocol, follow-ups, or dietary recommendations.
