Intervention1: HABBE KHUNAQ: 5g Twice per oral to be chewed daily for 15 days Control Intervention1: SHARBAT I TUT SIYAH: 24ml in two divided dose per oral daily for 15 days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient clinically diagnosed with tonsillitis Patient with BRODSKY SCORE within 1 to 3 Patient with history of repeated attacks of Acute Tonsillitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Peritonsillar Abscess Tonsillolith Adenoid hypertrophy Obstructive Sleep Apnea Acute Otitis Media Any other respiratory diseases and systemic diseases Known case of TB HIVPost streptococcal Glomerulonephritis Patient with Diabetes mellitus Diptheria
