Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fasting plasma blood glucose levels above 130 mg/dl HBa1c levels between 6.5% and 10% Postprandial plasma blood glucose level above 200 mg/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Comorbidities like presence of major chronic illnesses (e.g., cardiovascular disease, severe psychiatric disorders) that could confound results. Medication Interference like use of medications or supplements that affect energy levels (e.g., stimulants, certain antidepressants). Pregnancy or Lactation Pregnant or nursing women, Severe Hypoglycaemia or Hyperglycaemia: History of recurrent severe hypoglycaemic events or uncontrolled diabetes (e.g., HbA1c above 10). Patients unable or unwilling to adhere to study protocols or follow-up
