Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Cases of Geriatric Depression diagnosed as per DSM 5 2)Age group 60 years and above 3)Patient from both sexes 4)Patient with or without any physical co-morbidities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Known Case Of Alzheimers disease Paraplegia Hemiplegia Schizophrenia Transient Ischaemic attack Dementia Parkinsons disease 2) History of substance abuse such as cytotoxic drugs as opium. 3) History of suicidal attempts. 4) Patient who are unable to understand and answer the questions of Geriatric Depression Scale 5) Patient who are already taking Anti depressant medicines.
