Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male patients in the age group of 20-55 years willing to give informed consent. Patients with androgenic alopecia stage III-VII Hamilton-Norwood classification. Patient should not have taken any form of treatment for androgenic alopecia at least in the 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with alopecia other than androgenic alopecia such as alopecia areata, alopecia totalis, telogen effluvium and acquired cicatricial alopecia. Patients with history of bleeding disorders, autoimmune disorders, psoriasis or lichen planus. Patients on anticoagulant medications- aspirin, warfarin, heparin. Patients with infection locally. Patients who are HIV, hepatitis B or hepatitis C positive or otherwise immunocompromised.
