Interventions

Intervention1: HUMIDIFIED HEATED HIGH FLOW NASAL CANNULA: CHILDREN OF AGE 1 MONTH TO 3 YEARS OF AGE WITH CLINICALLY DIAGNOSED MODERATE TO SEVERE BRONCHIOLITIS WILL BE RANDOMISED TO HFNC GROUP AS MODE

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All children of age more than 1 month (corrected gestational age) to 3 years of age with clinically diagnosed moderate to severe acute bronchiolitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with respiratory failure requiring mechanical ventilation at admission, hemodynamic instability requiring vasoactive support (Vasoactive inotropic score more than or equal to 11)
