Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 60years and above. Socially Isolated group Individuals who may live with family but have limited social contact with Lubben Social Network Scale score smaller than or equal to 12. Non-Isolated group Individuals who live with family and maintain regular social interactions. LSNS-6 score greater than 12. Participants who have MMSE score of 24 or higher to ensure adequate cognitive function for participation in assessments. No severe medical conditions that may affect motor function, coordination or balance (recent stroke, neurological disorders, major orthopaedic injuries). Participants with chronic illness like medically controlled diabetes mellitus, controlled hypertension Participants who are able to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with conditions that severely limit mobility or balance (Advanced Parkinson s disease, Severe Arthritis, Neurological conditions etc). Participants who underwent major surgery or experienced significant injuries within last 6 months that affect physical abilities. Individuals participating in other therapeutic interventions related to balance, coordination, or motor function. Participants with medically unresponsive depression, dementia. Participants with significant visual impairments that may affect the performance of the tests.
