Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and Female collegiate students will be included Individuals who engage in prolonged sitting in cars at desks or on couches will also be considered Participants aged 18-25 with hamstring tightness regardless of gender will be included Individuals with a lack of active knee extension greater than 15 degrees will be eligible for inclusion Athletes prone to hamstring injuries due to overload and repetitive movements will be considered for participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with peripheral or neurogenic disorders in the lower limb will be excluded Participants with recent lower limb spinal or soft tissue injuries within the past 6 months will not be included Regular yoga practitioners will be excluded from the study Unwilling participants will not be considered Individuals with a knee joint fracture will be excluded Participants who have undergone knee surgery within the past 5 months will not be eligible Psychologically disoriented individuals will also be excluded
