A Study Comparing How A Healing Protein (PDGF-BB) Is Released Over Time From A Natural Blood Clot Treatment ( Platelet-Rich Fibrin), With And Without The Addition Of Tranexamic Acid, In People Being Treated For Bone Damage Between Teeth.

Evaluation Of The PDGF-BB Release Kinetics Of Tranexamic Acid Integrated Platelet-Rich Fibrin Versus Platelet-Rich Fibrin Alone During Initial Wound Healing In The Treatment Of Interproximal Intrabony Alveolar Defects - A Randomized Controlled Study. - NIL
