Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range- 1 to 12 years 2. Gender- Both the genders 3. Frequency- Children having at least 1 episode of temper tantrum per week. 4. Language/Communication Ability- The caregiver or patient can communicate or their caregivers can accurately report on his/her behavior. 5. Patients showing improvement in MONARCH s scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: K/C/O of children with severe intellectual or psychiatric disorders like ASD, ADHD, P/H/O self-injurious behaviors, and children with vision and hearing impairment.
