Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with Severe Acute Malnutrtion 2.Admitted in SMTU 3.Not participate in counselling
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Underlying any Central Nervous System disese 2.Children died or lost from follow up. 1underlying medical condition
