Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Females who experience primary dysmenorrhoea. Age between 18 30 years. Female with regular menstrual cycles, typically occurring every 21 to 35 days Subjects who are willing to participate in the study after signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Females with secondary dysmenorrhoea Pregnant women Smokers Having children A history of uterine disease Use of hormonal contraceptives.
