Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: For part 1(survey phase): 1. Centres/individuals practicing radiation therapy in India 2. Voluntarily responding to the online survey forms. 3. Survey forms should be filled out entirely. For part 2 (Education phase): 1. Centres that responded to the survey form 2. Centres teams attending/participating in ERLP- Education Program. 3. Centres who have willingness to develop ELRP at their center within one year of training workshop. In part 3 (Collaboration phase) : 1.Centres which are part of the study in Education phase 2.Centres which are willing to join the ERLP National registry NIM-ROEL
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: For part 1(survey phase) : Not responding to online survey For part 2 (Education phase) : 1. Centres/institutions not willing to participate with no response to survey/educational activity 2.Centres are not willing to undergo training and establish ERLP In part 3 (Collaboration phase): 1. Centres not able to establish institutional ELRP 2. Centers not willing to collaborate in joining in National registry to share anonymized incident reports for collaborative learning.
